the prices were very reasonable, making it excellent value for money. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with clean and tidy rooms that were equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, was another highlight. It provided a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't fault anything.

Nicely decorated lobby, very helpful staff, very clean, nice rooms, calm location, free pick-up service, felt like home. The location is good as the tram station is few minutes walk but might be difficult to find for the first time so I strongly advice the use of free pick-up service instead of taxi. A tip: the owners lived in the Netherlands for a long time so Dutch guests might be especially happy as they could talk in their mother tongue.

The hotel is very new and it offers a pick up service that is free of charge. The owners of the hotel are very kind and helpfull. You feel like in your house. The breakfast is good. The hotel is close to Old Town by tramway just nearly twenty minutes. It is also very close to Ilidza. The tramway is five minutes distance. The room is clean and comfortable.

The owner of the hotel pick-up me from bus station to hotel and from hotel to airport. And the room is clean and well designed.(owner's choice interior)
If you come to the hotel by yourself, it is difficult to find the hotel.(not located the main street.)

Nice new hotel with clean rooms.
Location. It was hard to find. The surronding is still not perfect but in a few years there will be new buildings around it.

The staff were very nice and able to provide everything we needed including a local cabbie that spoke English. The breakfasts were great with an assortment of fresh foods and the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Note however that this hotel is several miles from downtown and very difficult to find. The cab driver from the train station charged 25 euros while thecabbie provided to us charged only 7 euros (for a longer drive).

The location is not ideal, as it is far from the main road and makes it difficult to get around without a car. . the rooms are uncomfortable and smell of humidity.

Very helpful and friendly management, they came and picked us up late at night from bus station. Large room and the hotel is brand new so everything is spotless. Located close to airport to which the owner dropped us off at when we left. Very quiet area at night.
Located in a developing suberb so a little out of the way but only a 5minute walk to tramline that takes you into town.
